No advance booking, but there is an area on the side of the restaurant that is specially prepared for people who have not booked, which is very good. The table is beautifully arranged and the food did not disappoint us. The food was fresh and there was something on the menu for everyone (some of us were picky eaters). I ordered Italian-style glazes with goat cheese, green beans and broad beans, and I still drool at the thought of it. One of us ordered pork pork, which they said was the best they had ever had. The only thing that disappointed us was the salmon pancake, which was actually fried in a flat-top pan with flour, with a nice sauce, but still very tender. Overall it was the best dinner I had in Melbourne.

The French Brasserie in Malthouse Lane, Melbourne is a very good French restaurant. Crab cheese dumplings🦀️~ Rich crab meat filling. The soup is made with cream and has a bit of cheese taste. Fresh taste. Sprinkled with pine nuts. Not greasy. Very delicious😋
Grilled lamb skewers🐑~ It&#39;s really a big skewer. Although there are only three pieces of lamb on one skewer, they are very big, fat and lean, very satisfying. Paired with yogurt-like sauce to relieve greasiness Another general grilled lamb kebab flavor
Braised beef brisket 🐂~ with a bowl of rice. It is also fat and lean. The meat is tender and tasty. The sauce will be better if it is a little thicker.
Roasted chicken 🐔~ is half a chicken. The skin is very crispy. It is served with a little bean sauce. It is a bit sour but delicious. The chicken is not very tasty. It should be marinated. There are also French fries. The only minefield is that it is too oily. It is full of oil. I don&#39;t like it.

Wanshou Palace /Flower Drum, I want to eat the first pearl meat for a long time. The meat wrapped in the shell is worthy of the name. The most famous Mexican restaurant in Melbourne City is not many people at noon. It is said that a few dishes ordered for an hour or two in the evening are delicious. Crab&amp;Prawn tostadas shrimp and crab meat are very tender with fresh avocado and crispy cornflakes. The taste is perfect. Roasted corn with cheese and chili powder. The most favorite is beef tongue. Tacos simmered beef tongue fried into a very crisp taste with a variety of sauces, personally feel more than black taro correction

I had the ravioli with goat cheese, green beans and broad beans and my mouth is still watering just thinking about it. One of the girls had the pork belly and they said it was the best they had ever had. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the calamari pancakes which were essentially squid coated in flour and pan fried with a nice sauce but still very tender. Overall one of the best dinners I&#39;ve had in Melbourne.

The first dish is pearl meat, which is literally the meat wrapped in pearls in shells. The taste is very similar to chewier scallops, and it goes well with asparagus.
The second dish is shrimp meat rice rolls, which are so-so.
The third dish is four kinds of Hong Kong-style dim sum. After eating siu mai with rice inside, I don&rsquo;t think it&rsquo;s so delicious to eat meat inside.
The fourth dish is Peking duck. The manager said that the fat in the roast duck was specially cut out because Westerners don&rsquo;t like it. However, the exquisiteness of this dish lies in the special sauce that draws the duck shape, which is very interesting.
The fifth dish is crispy roast chicken. The skin on the outside is indeed very crispy and the meat inside is just tender.
The side dishes after the meal are very refreshing and greasy. After the whole meal, I have to sigh that this is indeed the finest fine dining in Melbourne Chinese food.
